We invite you to join us for the Regal Miss National Pageant to be held on October 10-13, 2025 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This event is open to Delegates from the entire United States.
Our age divisions are as follows:
*All ages are as of January 1, 2025*
Tiny Miss 3-4 (Interview not required)
Wee Miss - 5 to 7
Young Miss - 8 to 10
Junior Miss - 11 to 13
Teen Miss 14 to 18
Miss - 19-24 - Any marital status, may have children
Elegant Miss 25+ - Any marital status, may have children
Elite Miss 40+ - Any marital status, may have children
Required Competitions
Evening Gown 60%
Delegates will display their beauty, poise, confidence, and elegance in evening wear during the stage portion of the competition. Cupcake dresses and long gowns are allowed. Attire and overall appearance should be age appropriate but sequins, rhinestones, and makeup are allowed during the competition. Judges must be instructed to judge the delegate and her stage presence, not just the quality and appearance of the gown. There is a 90 second time limit.

Purple Carpet Introduction - 10%
Delegates will walk the purple carpet in front of the judges and the audience. They will introduce themselves by saying their name, state, and something interesting about themselves and/or their future goals. Judging will be based on execution, content, and personality. Attire any outfit purple in color, let your personality shine.

Interview -30%
Contestants will meet with the judges for a panel-style two minute interview. Judges will be provided with delegates bio sheet. Delegates may wear an interview dress or jumpsuit.

Optional Competitions
The Delegate with the highest combined Optional scores in Runway, Fun Fashion, Photogenic and Portfolio will have the opportunity to walk in NYFW.
RUNWAY
Contestant will walk the the runway which will run like a LIVE FASHION SHOW. Delegates will walk in black leggings, nude heels and shirt provided.

FUN FASHION
Hit the stage in your best fun fashion outfit in our upbeat modeling competition.
Judges will be looking for confidence, modeling ability, personality & the overall impression the delegate displays. The outfit must be age appropriate and it should portray the contestant’s personal sense of style and fashion.

Hit the stage in your favorite fitness outfit in our upbeat modeling competition.
Judges will be looking for confidence, modeling ability, personality & the overall impression the delegate displays.

REGAL MISS
OOC
Hit the stage in your outfit of choice representing Regal Miss in our upbeat modeling competition.
Judges will be looking for confidence, modeling ability, personality & the “WOW” factor. The outfit should be any shade of purple and over the top.

PHOTOGENIC
One winner per age division
Black and white or color photos are accepted
All photos must be submitted electronically
Fee $50 per photo entry Unlimited entries
PORTFOLIO
Turned in at registration. A portfolio should be bound in a binder type presentation folder and include at least 6 different photos. Photos should include multiple looks including full length,
close-ups, and scenery which can be indoor and/or outdoor.

COVER
MODEL
The delegate with the most ad page sales will be receive the prestigious honor of being featured as the Cover Model on the front of the program book.

SOCIAL MEDIA
AMBASSADOR
The delegate who represents Regal Miss with their Social Media presence and community service will be named Social Media Ambassador. Delegates earn points for every post made representing Regal Miss and using the proper hashtags.
MISS CONGENIALITY
Contestants and Staff will be able to vote for the contestant that has the best attitude, sportsmanship, and team spirit. The contestant earning the most votes will be awarded the Miss Congeniality award. One winner will be chosen per age division.
BRAND
AMBASSADOR
Contestants have the opportunity to promote business advertisement marketing sponsorships. The contestant earning the most sponsorships will be awarded the Brand Ambassador award. The contestant with the highest sponsorship sales will receive 10% of all SALES.
